- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (or 2 cups of frozen mango chunks)
- 2 cups of plain halal yogurt
- 1 cup of cold milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
- 3 tablespoons of organic sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of rose water (optional)
- A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes for serving
Blend the Ingredients:
Add mango pieces, yogurt, milk (or water), sugar, rose water, and cardamom to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
