- 1 large handful of fresh mint leaves
- 3-4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups boiling water
Mix and Serve
To mix the tea, pour it into a glass and then back into the teapot a few times.
Serve in small glasses, optionally pouring from a height to create a frothy layer.
